No refunds or transfers.
The following request is delivered delicately with the utmost respect. Due to last minute cancelations we need to adhere to a strict policy across the board. This is our livelihood and a lot of time and preparation goes into each event. (I feel awful for this but the excuse has been abused) If there is a death in the family, we ask that you please provide a mass card to receive a refund. I sincerely HATE having to ask this but you would be surprised just how many times this has been said and untrue. Losing a full days work due to an event being canceled can be detrimental to a small business owner.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic, if any event is re-scheduled due to Covid restrictions, a credit will be issued for the new rescheduled date or a future event. No cash refunds or transfers. We purchase the supplies in advance for the event and purchased ticket, therefore, a credit is given or you are welcomed to pick up your supplies at our studio location. If YOU cancel due to a positive covid test, you will be asked to provide a positive result by a doctor with your name on the ledger to receive a refund. No exceptions. We add an additional $10 on to what our regular fee is. That $10 goes towards your event!
If your fundraiser fails to meet the minimum of 10 registered guests, we need to be notified 10 days prior to event date. Your deposit will be held for a future event within 30 days, but is non refundable due to Carazy Paint holding your date. Fundraisers are most successful when the organization reaches out to friends and like minded people. We do our best to promote the success of your event to our 3000+ friends as well as our website.
It is strongly suggested that when you collect payments directly from friends etc, suggest it well in advance to limit last minute cancellations and no-shows. We will stay in contact with you while promoting your event so that we can keep an accurate head count. Our cancellation and no transfer policy still stands for registered fundraiser guests. If they do not show, they will not receive a refund but as a courtesy, we will still forward the donation portion to your cause..

PRIVATE PARTIES
A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date.
As a courtesy, Carazy Paint will create an event page on our website. There will be a paypal tab to where your guests can pre pay and register prior to your event. A Venmo and cash app link will also be linked to your party. If YOU cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable.
It is strongly suggested that when you collect payments directly from friends etc, suggest it well in advance to limit last minute cancellations and no-shows. We will stay in contact with you while promoting your event so that we can keep an accurate head count.
If we are traveling to you, there is a $25 travel fee.
Canceled & No Show policy
If event is canceled by host (not Carazy Paint) You will be issued a credit for a future event (usable towards an event same or lesser value) . Your credit must be used within 30 days of original event date at a public event or your own private party (minimum guest requirement applies). If you have a question, please feel free to ask :)
In the extremely rare event that CARAZY PAINT needs to cancel a private event, you will receive a credit to use within 30 days of the event. If we cancel a public event, a new date will be scheduled and you will be issued a credit to attend the new assigned date within 30 days of original canceled event.
Guests, if you pre-pay or register we have reserved your seat therefor, if you do not show you will not receive a refund. If a fundraiser, The organization will still receive their portion of your donation.
PLEASE check the event on the date scheduled to ensure that it has not been canceled. In studio or travel event.
RECEIPT OF PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL: You will not receive an actual receipt/ticket , only a confirmation email from paypal directly, you will not receive any notification from Carazy Paint, unless you personally request one when making your payment in the NOTES section on paypal. Your name will automatically be added to our guest list once payment is received. Your bank statement will also reflect payment to Carazy Paint, LLC . It is suggested to print your paypal receipt and bring with you on the night of the scheduled event, but it is not necessary. Thank you <3

CARAZY PAINT
Every event is special, so we make sure we do our best every time! We put in a lot of time behind the scenes preparing for your event to make it extra special. Our painters are artistic and fun with pleasant personalities adding even more smiles to your event!
We use hypo-allergenic quality paints, sponges, glitter and brushes with a massive amount of unique designs to choose from.

Thanks for considering Carazy Paint for your private event. Our painting parties are always tons of fun mixed with a little bit of Carazy. We are not the typical paint party, we walk around to ensure everyone is where they should be because we know everyone paints at their own pace. We are here to help while having a great time. We won’t do it for you, but we will make sure you are fully satisfied with your creation by guiding you. Our parties are great for birthdays, showers, bachelorette’s, Girls Night Out, couples, corporate gatherings and team-building events, fundraisers or simply a fun night out!
1. DEPOSITS:
Private parties are booked by placing a deposit to secure the desired date and time. The deposit goes towards your parties balance.
CORPORATE DEPOSIT: $250 PRIVATE KID/ADULT DEPOSIT: $200
Deposit due to secure date in advance, balance due before or on the day of your event before paint instruction begins.
2. ADULT PARTIES:
Minimum of 10 paid seats [parties of fewer than 10 guests are permissible, but the full minimum 10 seats must be purchased].. Deposit due to secure date in advance, balance due before or on the day of your event before paint instruction begins.

+Your own experienced and talented artist
+$40 per person for a 2-hour class and $45 per person for a 3-hour class

3. KIDS' PARTIES:

PARTY TIME: Please tell your guests to arrive 15 minutes before the party starts as we do begin our classes on time
Please do not have guests in party area prior to Carazy Paint setting up your event. This allows our staff to properly set up for your party. Please have tables/chairs set up prior to our arrival.
+End time: Please tell all parents to arrive at the time your class ends to ensure that no child is waiting after the cake is served
OVER TIME:If your party runs over the 30 minute period following the 2-hour painting class, you may be charged for the additional time. [Note: party duration may be extended at the price of $75 for an additional 30 minutes.] Private parties that start late (30 minutes or longer) will be subject to a late fee of $75.00 per 30 minutes).
+The host/hostess of the party agrees to be responsible for all children waiting for the pick-ups
